All Night Grad Party

About Project Graduation:

Project Graduation is a nationwide effort to provide graduating seniors with a fun, safe place to celebrate their last night together as high school students. This all-night, alcohol and drug-free party is exclusively for graduating seniors and is held at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.  The event is held on graduation night from 11:30pm through 5:00am.

Our goal is to provide an evening of fun and safety on graduation night.Statistics show the prom and graduation nights are the times of highest risk to our young people.  For the past 20 years, businesses, community leaders, and parent volunteers have all discovered how working together towards a common goal can make a difference.  There has never been a fatality of a graduating senior on graduation night in Loudoun County in large part due to Project Graduation.  Everyone who contributes to Project Graduation can take great pride in its success.  This is definitely a trend we want to continue!

This is our gift to the Graduating Seniors. This party is planned, organized and run by parents. The students receive a night of fun events, music, games, food, and prizes - lots of prizes. Parents receive the peace of mind knowing that their children are celebrating in a safe environment.

With your support, PROJECT GRADUATION will be a truly memorable celebration for our graduates!!!

VOLUNTEERS - PAY IT FORWARD!:

This event is run completely by dedicated volunteers who put in hundreds of hours to ensure that our graduates have a successful once-in-a-lifetime celebration! However, without people like you, all their hard work and dedication would be in vain. In order to reach our goal, we need to call upon businesses and individuals to assist us. If you would like to volunteer on a committee or volunteer to chaperone the night of the celebration, please click on the following link:  Volunteer Form

DONATE:

To help defray costs, we are asking for your help in the form of cash donations, or give away items such as discount coupons, gift certificates, or other items the students might enjoy. If you would like to make a donation, please contact us at brhspg@gmail.com.
